PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a near-infrared absorption film having a near-infrared absorption layer, capable of selectively absorbing near-infrared light, ensuring little variation in color tone in a longitudinal direction of the film, and excellent in the appearance of the near-infrared absorption layer. SOLUTION: The near-infrared absorption film is long and includes the near-infrared absorption layer containing a near-infrared absorbing dye, resin and surfactant, and a transparent base as constituents, wherein a maximum value of color differenceΔcalculated from color tones measured at predetermined measuring points is≤2.0.
