PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve braking performance on a snow/ice road compared to driving performance. SOLUTION: This pneumatic tire is provided with a block 8 provided with a plurality of sipings 7 in the tire circumference direction. The siping 7 is roughly shaped like a V-letter extended from a top part Q positioned at a center range Yc of the block toward side edges 8e of the block on both sides of the tire axial direction, in the direction expanding toward the last arriving side FK in the tire rotational direction.
