<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a risk of leaks that conduct on the surface of a protective implement for isolation by improving the antifouling property of the surface of the protective implement, and to reduce inspection work for keeping its cleanliness. <P>SOLUTION: A photocatalyst layer is formed on the surface of the protective implement for isolation that is installed at a charged portion or its surrounding areas to prevent a failure when carrying out work near or in contact with the charged portion.
