<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning appliance which can reduce the antigenicity of a material which is attached to the cleaning appliance and causes allergy. <P>SOLUTION: A room cleaning wiping device has an electrostatically chargeable fibrous base material with an electrostatic property at least in a clean state. An antigenic reduction component which reduces the antigenicity of a material which causes allergy is added to the above electrostatically chargeable fibrous base material.
