PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the position correction of an image that does not offend a person who appreciates the image by lowering the probability that a correction limit is reached and suppressing the irregular movement of the image. SOLUTION: A frame image acquisition section 110 captures and acquires frame images in a time-series order from a moving picture inputted to a computer 100. A moving vector calculation section 120 calculates a moving vector of an acquired frame image and passes it to a correction position calculation section 130. The correction position calculation section 130 uses the moving vector etc., to calculate an image position for cutting out a designated image from the frame image as a correction position vector. A corrected frame image generation section 140 generates a corrected frame image based upon the calculated moving vector. A corrected moving vector calculation section 150 calculates a moving vector as to the corrected frame image as a corrected moving vector and passes it to a correction position calculation section.
