摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device for stably and effectively feeding raw materials in a SiC layer that is a third coating layer, as to a fluidized bed for continuously coating each of uranium dioxide fuel particles with first to fourth coating layers. SOLUTION: In a fluidized bed reaction tube, surfaces of uranium dioxide fuel particles are each given: a first coating layer having gas wells for gaseous nuclear fission products and a swelling absorbing function for fuel particles; a second coating layer having a holding function for the fission products; a third coating layer having a holding function for solid nuclear fission products and a strength member function as a coating layer; and a fourth coating layer having the holding function for the fission products and a protection function for the third coating layer. A gas supply device for fluidized bed for supplying a coating gas to the interior of the reaction tube includes a tank temperature adjustment means for adjusting the temperature of an evaporation gas generating tank for generating a third coating gas supplied to the interior of a fluidized bed reaction device in forming the third coating layer. The adjustment means includes a liquid tank to be filled with an organic silicon compound; a blowing means for a flowing gas blown into the liquid tank; and a heat medium liquid circulation means for putting a heat medium liquid at a prescribed temperature into indirect contact with the silicon compound in the liquid tank.
