PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stronger safety circuit by using relays equipped with c-contact relay switches. SOLUTION: The safety circuit comprises a c-contact switch KA4_c switching a connection destination by ON/OFF of a fourth relay KA4, and a c-contact switch KA5_c switching a connection destination by ON/OFF of a fifth relay KA5. Common contacts c4, c5 are connected to the two c-contact switches KA4_c, KA5_c. Further, respective make contacts m4, m5 are connected to the output contact O side, and break contacts b4, b5 are connected to current-carrying lines of the fourth and fifth relays KA4, KA5.
