PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent such a trouble as the reduction of wall thickness by controlling the foaming flow of a foamable resin raw material in a cavity. SOLUTION: The foamable resin raw material contains a magnetic material and is magnetically guided by an attraction means due to magnetic force with respect to the foamable resin raw material in the cavity in a foaming process to control the foaming flow of the foamable resin raw material. Since the magnetic material is magnetized in a magnetic field direction to magnetically guide the foamable resin raw material, the foamable resin raw material is also subjected to foaming flow while magnetically guided. Accordingly, the application and cutting-off of magnetic force, the magnetic field direction or the intensity of a magnetic field are controlled to optimally control the foaming flow.
