VENTILATING DEVICE IN TUNNEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating device in a tunnel for preventing dust from leaking to a well-head by forming an air curtain evenly in a driftway of the tunnel. SOLUTION: The ventilating device in the tunnel comprises an air supply duct and a dust collecting device provided with a discharge air duct. The air supply duct comprises a main air outlet 13a for blowing out the air toward a cutting face, and a branch air outlet 14a for blowing out the air whose flow is branched to the side of the air supply duct. The branch air outlet 14a is formed at the position so that the air may be blown out to the whole periphery of the air supply duct in a direction of a wall face of the tunnel.
