PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the installation or removal of a decoration cover on or from a functional block easier and reliable. SOLUTION: A first engagement protrusion 8 protruding inwardly is formed at one end of the opening of a decoration cover 7 while an engagement hole 9 is formed at the other thereof. Another engagement dent 11 is formed at one end of a pedestal 6 made of an elastic material that serves as the base of a functional block to be covered with this decoration cover. At the same time, a support arm 12 is formed in one with the pedestal part located within the engagement hole 9, its leading end being deformable according to the thickness of the decoration cover 7, while a second engagement protrusion 13 for engagement with the hole 9 of the decoration cover 7 is formed at the leading end of the support arm 12.
