PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing alloy particulates by which alloy particulates having a prescribed alloy composition can be produced efficiently without any loss, to provide alloy particulates produced by the production method, and to provide a metal colloidal solution usable as conductive ink or the like. SOLUTION: In the method for producing alloy particulates, two or more kinds of metal ions are reduced by the action of a reducing agent in a reaction system of a liquid phase in the presence of a high polymer dispersant having carboxy groups as activation groups, and also having the molecular weight of 4,000 to 30,000, so as to be precipitated as alloy particulates composed of an alloy of the two or more kinds of metals. The alloy particulates are produced by the above production method, and the primary particle diameter is≤200 nm. The metal colloidal solution comprises the above alloy particulates.
