Use of a calcitonin gene related peptide antagonist and a serotonin reuptake inhibitor to treat headaches, migraine and cluster headaches

Treatment of headaches, migraine and cluster headaches comprises co-administration of a calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP)-antagonist (I) and a serotonin reuptake inhibitor (II). Independent claims are also included for: (1) a composition (A) comprising (I) and (II); and (2) a kit (A1) of parts comprising a first enclosure containing a composition comprising a CGRP antagonist and a second enclosure containing a composition comprising a serotonin reuptake inhibitor.
