DIGITAL CONTENT RECORDING AND REPRODUCING DEVICE AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a waiting time of a move process after the completion of reproduction by carrying out the move of a content in a process of reproduction in parallel even during the reproduction of the content while protecting a move condition, as to the recording and reproducing device for a digital content with a protected copyright and the method therefor.

SOLUTION: The move of the content in the process of the reproduction of the content is carried out while protecting the move condition by recording the content of a move destination in a not-utilizable state during the reproduction of the content and making the content of the move destination to be utilizable after the completion of the reproduction of the content is detected by a means 104 for detecting the completion of reproduction.
