<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a cap capable of degassing in accordance with a rise in internal pressure caused by stored contents, free from inconvenience such as leakage of the contents in case a container having the cap mounted falling down, tilting down or the like, simple in structure, easy to assemble and inexpensive to manufacture. <P>SOLUTION: A sealing tube 12 is provided on the rear face of a top wall 11 of a cap body B<SB>1</SB>for airtightly closing to be fitted with the upper end opening of a neck 3 of a container body A. In addition, a through-hole 13 is bored on the top wall 11 inside the sealing tube. A valve member B<SB>2</SB>equipped with an elastic valve tube 20 making pressure contact with the upper end is fixedly fitted over the sealing tube 12, so that the elastic valve tube 20 elastically deforms caused by the rise in internal pressure of the container body to exhaust a gas through the through-hole 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
