<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic remote control device for a rotary throttle of an outboard motor or engine capable of being mounted simply on the outboard motor etc. and changing over the remote control operation of the throttle from the automatic to the manual operation mode without removing it or using a mechanical power transmission changeover device such as a clutch. <P>SOLUTION: The control device is configured so that the same environment as in operating the throttle by hand is generated by a cylinder 4 to make linear motions with its strokes controllable and a component to convert the linear motions into rotational motion and is furnished with a metal piece 7 to fix the cylinder to an arm and a metal piece to fix the component 6 for conversion of the linear motions into rotational motion to a throttle lever, the two metal pieces being arranged adjustable, and thereby the structure can work managing with any outboard motor and does not require any particular operation to make changing over from the automatic remote control operation into the manual. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
