<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorization cleaning method which enables the efficient removal of residual flavor in CIP (Cleaning in place) cleaning and leaves little odor of the solvent after cleaning. <P>SOLUTION: The deodorization cleaning method carries out deodorization cleaning by CIP using a gas/liquid two-phase flow consisting of a liquid and a gas.
