PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyimide film excellent in easily slidable property, capable of reducing the close adhesion of films with each other at a hinge part on laminating many layers of substrate plates by a hot press, and also dissolving a "sounding" trouble caused by the rubbing of the films with each other. SOLUTION: This polyimide film is provided by having streak-like unevenness on its surface, 0.1-0.7 static frictional coefficient of the film surfaces with each other and 0.8-3.0μm film surface roughness.
