<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion molding machine which can be miniaturized and can precisely control the cross-sectional ratio of respective rubber layers. <P>SOLUTION: The extrusion molding machine is equipped with a molding die 2 which has the mandrel 21 provided in a ring-shaped die main body 20, of which the inner peripheral surface is set to a predetermined shape, and characterized in that the outer peripheral surface is set to a predetermined shape, the rubber discharge port 25 opened to the outer peripheral side of the mandrel 21 in an almost annular shape, a plurality of rubber supply ports 23 and 24 receiving the supply of a rubber composition and the rubber flow channel communicating with the rubber discharge port 25 and the rubber supply ports 23 and 24 and formed so as to discharge the rubber composition supplied to the rubber supply ports 23 and 24 from the rubber discharge port 25, a plurality of gear pumps 4 and 14 for respectively supplying the rubber composition to the rubber supply ports 23 and 24, a plurality of extruders 3 and 13 for respectively supplying the rubber composition to the gear pumps 4 and 14 and a control unit 1 for controlling the number of rotations of the gear pumps 4 and 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
