PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor capable of simply and quickly carrying out measurements. SOLUTION: A sensor chip 1 is disposed on the inner base of a cartridge 5, which is made up such that it can be inserted into and pulled out of an analyzer body 6, and a nonwoven fabric 46, impregnated with magnetic substance particles Mg, is arranged at a position opposite to the sensor chip 1, and a sample solution is dropped from an aperture of a lid 45. The magnetic substance particles Mg dissolved in the sample solution, drop on the surface of the sensor chip 1 and react therewith. After this reaction, magnetic field is applied to the sensor chip; and while keeping non-coupled magnetic substance particles away from the sensor chip 1, the strength of the magnetic field is detected, whereby an object to be measured can be analyzed. Accordingly, analysis can be carried out, simply and quickly without the labor of preparing the magnetic substance particles as another sample. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
