PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make achieve polarization inversion in a semiconductor apparatus by effectively reducing stress to be applied to a ferroelectric capacitor by absorption of moisture of resin. SOLUTION: Along the extended direction of an interconnection 7 connected to a top electrode 4 of the ferroelectric capacitor 1, two plugs 5 and 6 are arranged with the ferroelectric capacitor 1 in-between.
