PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery electrode terminal member which can suppress occupancy area along the main surface of a timepiece body at a minimum level area, and to provide an electronic timepiece with the same. SOLUTION: The battery electrode terminal members 51, 53 of the electronic timepiece 1 consists of a long and slender metal flat spring as a whole. A major part 51, which is perpendicular substantially to the main surface of the timepiece body 2, is mounted and supported to the frames 14, 10 of the timepiece body 2. The battery electrode contact point terminal part 53 is pressed elastically against a periphery part of the electrode 5b of the battery 5, extending from one end of the major part 51. The major part 51 is supported and placed between the protrusions 11j, 11j and 11k, 11k or in the groove parts of the frames 14, 10 of the timepiece body. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
