PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a vibration isolator capable of applying sufficient compressive force to a bush main body comprising an elastic rubber body only by tightening a bracket fitting and of securely fitting and fixing the bush main body to a bar member without bonding. SOLUTION: The bracket fitting 20 holding the bush main body 10 is vertically divided into two, and the bush main body 10 having an inner hole part 11 through which the bar member B penetrates is vulcanized and formed separately from the bracket fitting 20 and is divided into four. Inner cylindrical members 13a, 13b, 13c, 13d are vulcanized and bonded to inner peripheral parts of respective divided rubber bodies 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d. The thickness in the radial direction of each of the divided rubber bodies 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d including the inner cylindrical members 13a, 13b, 13c, 13d is set larger than half of a difference between the inner diameter of the tightened bracket fitting 20 and the outer diameter of the bar member B. By tightening of both half members 20a, 20b of the bracket fitting 20, each of the divided rubber bodies 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d is pressed and compressed from the outer side in the diametrical direction to make inner peripheral faces of the half members 20a, 20b press contact with the outer peripheral face of the bar member B.
