PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling device capable of improving abrasion resistance on a rolling and sliding part of the rolling device, reducing a coefficient of friction, preventing occurrence of problems such as seizure, and reducing rotating torque. SOLUTION: This rolling device comprises a raceway member having at least a raceway surface, and a rolling element having a rolling contact surface rolling and sliding with the raceway surface.
