PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve for filling a fluid material capable of surely preventing back flow of the fluid material with a simple structure. SOLUTION: This check valve 10 has an outer cylindrical portion 12 composed of one end side part of a cylindrical fabric 11, and connected with a bag body 3 at its opened end portion, and an inner cylindrical portion 13 formed by folding back the other end side part of the cylindrical fabric 11 into the outer cylindrical portion 12. A tip end portion of the inner cylindrical portion 13 is close to a part of an inner face of the outer cylindrical portion 12 and fixed in a closed state, and a slit 14 is formed near the tip end portion of the inner cylindrical portion 13 to pour the fluid material into the bag body 3 from the inner cylindrical portion 13.
