PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vaporized fuel treating device 10 capable of increasing the substantial charging amount of fuel by reducing a dead space formed at the upper part of a flat fuel tank. SOLUTION: In this fuel cutoff mechanism 40, fuel cutoff devices 40A and 40B are disposed near the space not filled with the fuel at the upper part of the fuel tank FT by the tilting of a vehicle. The first and second fuel cutoff valves 50 and 70 of the fuel cutoff devices 40A and 40B open and close first and second connection passages 53b and 73b by lifting first and second valve mechanisms 56 and 76. The first fuel cutoff valve 50 comprises a first flat float 57, and is closed at a first fuel level FL1 as a high fuel level through the small flow passage area of a first communication hole 55a allowing the fuel to flow from and into a first valve chamber 52S. The second fuel cutoff valve 70 avoids the sealed state of the fuel tank FT by opening to compensate the first fuel cutoff valve 50 which tends to be brought into a sealed state in slalom running.
