PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanical bicycle parking lot for further improving safety, by realizing quick inlet and outlet. SOLUTION: This mechanical bicycle parking lot is composed of an inlet-outlet device for warehousing or delivering a two wheeler, a storage device for storing the two wheeler, a carrying device for carrying the two wheeler up to a preset storage position of the storage device from the inlet-outlet device, and a lifting device for lifting the carrying device up to the inlet-outlet device from the storage device. The carrying device has a traveling frame for traveling horizontally, a traveling for traveling on the traveling frame, and a revolving part for revolving on the traveling frame; and solves the problem by performing travel in the traveling part and revolution in the revolving part when lifting the carrying device in the lifting device.
