PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen apparatus which facilitates attachment and replacement of a screen including a parallel move mechanism of a movable casing. SOLUTION: According to the screen apparatus, the screen 1 folded to contract/expand freely is opened and closed freely by the movable casing 15, to which the parallel move mechanism composed of a wire 5 is annexed. Fixing plates 2, 3 are attached to both ends of the screen 1, where the fixing plate 2 is fixed to a side frame 11 removably. The wire 5 is not fixed to or inserted into the side frame 11, but is fixed to the fixing plate 2 or turned in direction at the fixing plate 2. The wire 5 extending from the movable casing 15 toward a counter frame 14 is attached removably to lateral frames 12, 13 near the counter frame 14. At the movable casing 15, the wire 5 is not inserted in or fixed to the movable casing 15, but is turned in direction along the fixing plate 3.
