PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a rise in production cost created as a result of newly mounting an electrically operated locking device to a conventional fixture. SOLUTION: In a fixture equipped with a locking mechanism permitting to lock the drawer to the main body of the fixture when a manual actuator 51 is operable between a manual lock position and a manual unlock position P6, a manual lock 5 and the manual actuator 51 are at the manual lock position and the drawer is locked to the main body of the fixture; and on the other hand, when the manual actuator 51 is located at the manual unlock position P6, the lock mechanism permits the opening and closing operation for the main body of the fixture of the drawer and is installed to permit the operation between an electrically locking position P1 corresponding to the manual lock position and an electrically unlocking position corresponding to the manual unlock position P6, and then an electric actuator 41 for locking or unlocking the drawer relative to the main body of the fixture in cooperation with the lock mechanism and an electrically operated lock 4 for operating the electric actuator 41 between the electrically locking position P1 and the electrically unlocking position are installed.
