PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the fluidity and particularly the paraffin dispersion of a mineral oil and a mineral oil distillate at a low temperature by adding an appropriate additive for a low temperature. SOLUTION: The present invention provides a graft copolymer which can be obtained by grafting an ester of an 8-22C alcohol and acrylic acid to a copolymer comprising ethylene and 3.5 to 21 mol% of vinyl acetate; and a method of adding the graft copolymer to a fuel oil as an additive for a low temperature.
