PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process and an apparatus for manufacturing a composite material by which adjustment of product properties can be made in detail in accordance with the intended use. SOLUTION: A reactive composition containing a reactive vehicle and a functional filler is put into rotating vessel 3 and centrifugal force is applied. The reactive composition is irradiated with light from lamp 2 and cured under the centrifugal force.
