PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article to be put on the teeth, excellent in fitness and fixation on the teeth, causing no sense of disconfort, rich in flexibility, preventing displacement and exfoliation in wearing to enable attaching for a long term and prevented from leakage of medicinal ingredients and functional materials and from infiltration of saliva, and to provide a method for supplying oral cavity care substances to the teeth and the gums. SOLUTION: The article to be put on the teeth so as to supply oral cavity care substances to the teeth and gums by applying on the surface of one or a plurality of teeth is characterized by comprising (a) a collagen film or sheet of 0.01-3 mm thickness as a water-insoluble support, and (b) an oral cavity care composition comprising one or more effective ingredients, medicinal ingredients or functional materials, which are selected from stain preventing and removing agents, tartar preventing and removing agents, tooth bleaching agents, dental caries preventing and restoring agents, hyperesthesia preventing and suppressing agent, halitosis preventing, removing and opacifying agents, gingivitis preventing and improving agents, and periodontal diseases preventing and improving agents.
