QUICK SETTING AGENT AND SPRAY MATERIAL USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick setting agent and a spray material by which the initial strength of the spray material is hardly affected by the fluctuation of the quality of cement and exhibits a high value when the quick setting agent is added to base concrete having larger than 5 pts.wt. total gypsum contained in admixtures except cement and the quick setting agent expressed in terms of SO3per 100 pts.wt cement. SOLUTION: The quick setting agent is added to the base concrete having larger than 5 pts.wt. total gypsum contained in admixtures except cement and the quick setting agent expressed in terms of SO3per 100 pts.wt cement and contains calcium aluminate and sodium aluminate having a molar ratio Na2O/Al2O3of≥0.65 and <1.00.
