PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a compost which can be used for cultivating various agricultural products such as for example a rice, vegetables or the like, wherein the method comprises mixing fermented chicken droppings, which are obtained by completely fermenting the droppings of chickens grown with a feed using only natural materials that are not using an antibiotic, with a culture medium that has been used for a mushroom culture and free from impurities in a given ratio, adding natural materials that are not using a microorganism and an antibiotic to the mixed raw material in a given ratio and mixing it, and completely fermenting the mixture under a given fermentation condition. SOLUTION: The method comprises mixing fermented chicken droppings 1, which are obtained by completely fermenting the droppings of chickens grown with a feed using only natural materials 5 that are not using an antibiotic, with a culture medium 2 that has been used for a mushroom culture and free from impurities in a given ratio, adding natural materials that are not using a microorganism 4 and an antibiotic to the mixed raw material 3 in a given ratio and mixing it, and completely fermenting the mixture 6 under a given fermentation condition.
