PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic clutch device capable of improving miniaturization and durability of other cooperating transmission devices. SOLUTION: The hydraulic clutch device has a hydraulically operated clutch mechanism 150 and a spring operated clutch mechanism 120 contrarily put in a transmitting state by supplying or cutting off an operating fluid to a common operating fluid passage. In this case, an exclusive operating fluid passage is provided for supplying the operating fluid only to the spring operated clutch mechanism 120. When supplying the operating fluid to the common operating fluid passage, the hydraulically operated clutch mechanism 150 is put in a transmitting state, and the spring operated clutch mechanism 120 is put in a cut-off state. When stopping the operating fluid to the common operating fluid passage, the hydraulically operated clutch mechanism is put in the cut-off state, and the spring operated clutch mechanism is put in the transmitting state. Further, when supplying the operating fluid to the exclusive operating fluid passage in the stopped state of the operating fluid to the common operating fluid passage, the spring operated clutch mechanism is also put in the cut-off state in addition to the hydraulically operated clutch mechanism.
