<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical instrument having a favorable washing property, repetitively used and attaining the low cost. <P>SOLUTION: This surgical instrument is provided with a forceps unit 5 having an operative part 11 operating a tissue, a driving shaft 14 driving the operative part 11 and a driving shaft connector 53, a hollow sheath unit 6 having an opened distal part allowing the insertion of the forceps unit 5 excluding the distal end part, a handle unit 7 connected to the driving shaft connector 53 and having the operation section 121 enabling the driving and operating to drive the driving shaft connector 53 and the like, projection parts 36 and 36 and engagement grooves 95 and 95 of a pipe 91 detachably connecting the forceps unit 5 and the sheath unit 6, and a cam groove 84 and an engagement pin part 156 of the driving shaft connector 53 detachably connecting the forceps unit 5 and the handle unit 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
