<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watt-hour meter, realizing proper power trade, by grasping status of blackout occurred at each power consumer household and eliminating omission of processing for the object of charge discount. <P>SOLUTION: The meter comprises a blackout detecting means 38 which measures the accumulated value of power supplied from a power supply equipment 1 to a load 2, in a specific time period with a watt-hour operating means 34 and can indicate the watt-hour measured on a display 40, and also detects blackout information in the black-out state of the power supply equipment 1, a discount standard setting means 39, capable of setting the discount standard for discounting the charge of power from the power supply equipment 1 and a power charge discount deciding means 37 which decides that the watt-hour supplied from the power supply equipment 1 to the load 2, is object of discount, when the blackout information from the blackout detecting means 38 exceeds the discount standard from the discount standard setting means 39 and displays the decided result on the display 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
