<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process cartridge designed such that a charging wire is securely cleaned periodically by a user, and also to provide an image carrier cartridge, developer cartridge, and an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A plate-like restricting member 67 is attached to a cleaning member 48 for the charging wire 49. When the cleaning member 48 is in a locked position, the fitting part 68 of the leading end of the regulating member 67 is fitted into the groove 71 of a toner cartridge 34, and thus the separation of the toner cartridge 34 is restricted. When the cleaning member 48 is in a released position, the fitting part 68 is separated from the groove 71 and thus released from being locked in the toner cartridge 34. Unless the cleaning member 48 is moved to the released position from the locked position, the toner cartridge 34 cannot be detached from a photoreceptor cartridge 35.
