<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow data recorded in IC memory of an ID card to be automatically checked. <P>SOLUTION: A card issuing device 3 for issuing the ID card with built-in IC memory is connected to a host computer 1 for managing ID card holder information through a communication network N, stores data recorded in the IC memory of each issued ID card in a storage part 34, reads the data recorded in the IC memory of the ID card by means of an IC R/W part 35, acquires data corresponding to the read data from the storage part 34 or the host computer 1, compares the acquired data with the data read by means of the IC R/W part 35, and displays the result of comparison on a display part 33. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
