<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change an initial setting of volume even without having a back-up function. <P>SOLUTION: This electronic musical instrument is provided with volume control keys PL, MN for instructing increase/decrease of volume, and two or more standard volume set values are pre-stored in a ROM 3 as a volume setting table VT. When a user operates the volume decrease key MN at the same time as turning on a power switch PW at the time of starting the electronic musical instrument, a smaller standard volume set value suitable for a domestic use electronic musical instrument is selected from the volume setting table VT, and this standard volume set value is initially set as the standard volume for this electronic musical instrument. Then, as long as the user is normally using the electronic musical instrument without switching off the power, the user is able to change the initially set standard volume set value to desired set volume by operating the respective volume control keys PL, MN, and also to reset the volume to the initially set standard volume immediately by simultaneous operation of the volume control keys PL, MN. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
