<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projection type image display device capable of speedily and accurately making color corrections of a plurality of projection surfaces that a projection portion is capable of projecting an image based upon color senses on the projection surfaces through easy operation, and a color correcting method of the same device. <P>SOLUTION: Once a color palette is selected on a screen for white balance adjustment by operating an operation portion 16, a control portion 11 acquires white balance data corresponding to the selected color palette from a storage portion 18 as color correction data to be used for subsequent image display. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
