BROADCAST/COMMUNICATION CONVERGENCE SYSTEM, VIEWER TERMINAL THEREOF AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING RESPONSE MESSAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast/communication convergence system capable of positively returning negative response to a response message to be received via a network, and to provide a viewer terminal thereof and a response message control method.

SOLUTION: In the broadcast/communication convergence system, each viewer terminal 2 includes a content reproducer 21 for receiving and decoding content; terminal ID storage 23 for storing a terminal ID; response message transmitter 28 for transmitting a response message in response to an operation by a viewer; negative response determining section 22 for determining whether or not a negative response to the transmitted response message is registered in the broadcast content; transmitted list 24 for registering identification information of the transmitted response message; and re-transmission requesting section 27 for causing to re-transmit the response message if the reception response cannot be received after a predetermined time period elapses after transmitting the response message.
