PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a laminate, which can fix a ceramic sheet surely at a prescribed position on a rotating cylinder without causing defects to a laminate and ensure high productivity without requiring useless works. SOLUTION: In the method of fixing the ceramic sheet 11 on the rotating first cylinder 10, the surface of the first cylinder 10 is roughened, the ceramic sheet 11 is wound on the first cylinder 10 as tension is applied to the ceramic sheet 11 by a tension generating device 16, so that a winding fastening force is generated in the ceramic sheet 11 in the radial direction of the first cylinder 10 to fix the ceramic sheet 11 by letting it bite into the first cylinder 10.
