PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating roll capable of making the temperature of the surface of the roll uniform. SOLUTION: The heating roll 1 consists of a shaft 2 which is not rotated, a hollow roll 4 which is supported rotation free around the shaft 2, and a heater 5 which is fixed to the shaft 2 inside the roll 4.
