PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouth part crystallizing device of a preform constituted so as not only to efficiently heat-treat the mouth part of the bottle molding preform comprising a thermoplastic polyester to sufficiently crystallize the same but also to correspond to the preform of every length without performing the replacement of parts and the adjustment of setting. SOLUTION: In the mouth part crystallizing device of the preform constituted so as to heat-treat the mouth part of the bottle molding preform comprising the thermoplastic polyester to crystallize the same, an insulating member 3, which prevents the contact of the under surface of the support ring 12 of the preform 10 with a cylindrical holder 1, is mounted on the upper end part of the cylindrical holder 1 for holding the mouth part 11 in an exposed state.
