PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor with high capacity and excellent heat resistance, and also to provide conductive polymer solution with high perviousness inside a porosity object, with effective advancement in capacitor capacity, and with excellent heat resistance. SOLUTION: The conductive polymer solution contains conductive particles and solvent consisting of:πconjugation system conductive polymer; and solubilization polymers of mass average molecular weight of 1,000-300,000. Diameter distribution of a particle of conductive particles is 50 volume% or more in the rate of the particles of 5-100 nm of particle diameter. A capacitor 10 comprises: an anode 11 consisting of a porosity object of valve metal; a dielectric layer 12 formed by oxidizing the surface of the anode 11; and a cathode 13 formed on the dielectric layer 12.
