PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a debugging method and a debugging device where an inherent debugger in each language is not required. SOLUTION: After dividing information concerned with the attributes of data to be debugged into a basic attribute common to other languages except a language of the data and an inherent extended attribute different from other languages except the language of the data, a debugger is made common to debuggers having other languages only by performing reference processing and updating processing according to respective divided attributes to provide the debugging method and the debugging device where an inherent debugger in each language is not required.
