PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor for the management and to improve user's convenience, by managing and controlling it remotely. SOLUTION: This system comprises a coin locker device 1 with a communication function in which a user puts baggage, a data relay device 2 for receiving or transmitting data from the coin locker device 1 and a managing device 3, and the managing device 3 for receiving and managing data from the data relay device 2 and controlling the coin locker device 1. The coin locker device 1, the data relay device 2 and the managing device 3 receive or transmit data by communications. Thus, the using state of the coin lockers can be remotely grasped in real time, so that the labor can be saved with a reasonable management according to the using state instead of the conventional periodical patrol management, and user's convenience can be improved by allowing easy taking even when putting time becomes longer than a defined time.
