PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visitor notification device requiring no master machine arranged indoor, an interphone device, and an interphone conversation method. SOLUTION: A call bell button 153 is installed in the vicinity of an entrance door 152 of a house 151, and when the call bell button 153 is pressed, a call sound is outputted from a speaker part 154. The call sound is detected by a call bell detection sensor 103 to be received by the interphone device 100 in the vicinity of the call bell button 153. At the same time, a call is made to a cellular phone terminal of a user to allow conversation between the interphone device 100 and the user.
