PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand strap not only used as a hand strap but also used as an original grip belt for the grip belt 16 of a video camera or the like. SOLUTION: The grip belt 16 has a strap belt 19 whose base end is fixed on equipment, and a back-of-hand pad 20 fixed at the predetermined position of the strap belt 19. At least the part of the strap belt 19 existing ahead of the back-of-hand pad 20 has structure where two belts 19a and 19b are superposed and their edges are connected, and the strap belt 19 is equipped with a 1st hook-and-loop fastener 61. Meanwhile, the back-of-hand pad 20 is equipped with a 2nd hook-and-loop fastener 65 joined to the 1st hook-and-loop fastener 65. The grip belt 16 constituted in such a way is used also as the hand strap by inserting a hand between the two belts 19a and 19b existing ahead of the back-of-hand pad 20 on the strap belt 19.
