PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel supplying device and a panel supplying method capable of stably conveying a large sized panel. SOLUTION: In the panel supplying device for supplying a glass panel 5 to a work place in panel assembly in which the display panel is assembled by connecting a substrate 7 to the glass panel 5, a panel conveyance means for conveying the glass panel 5 has a structure that the glass panel 5 is supported at both edges from bottom sides by a pair of installation tables 4, each of which moves along a conveyance rail, and the substrate 7 which is extended from the glass panel 5 and bonded, is supported by support members 24c and 25c which are provided by extending from the installation tables 4.
